Georgie Delaney, MBE is the Co-founder of the Great Outdoor Gym Company (TGO) and www.TGO-activate.com. Her vision is one of a healthy people and a healthy planet. Georgie believes people power in an underutilised force for good.
Since Co-founding The Great Outdoor Gym Company in 2007, TGO has installed over 2000 free to use outdoor gyms reducing health inequalities and promoting the power of movement. With a tree planting CSR, TGO also has funded the planting of 25,000 trees in NHS hospital grounds and in Kenya, supporting communities to get out of poverty and solve the climate crisis.
Georgie attained a First Class honours degree in Design and Italian in London and Milan and has approached her business career with a designer’s hat on. Georgie has developed gyms that generate power from your workout, Olympic gyms for adidas bringing the Olympic Games to communities, gyms out of old aerosol cans and has been commissioned by hundreds of customers including United Nations, Rolls Royce and Queen Elizabeth Olympic park. Georgie became an export Champion for the UK government in 2018 and in 2021 was awarded an MBE for Services to International Trade and Export.
Georgie is passionate about preventing lifestyle diseases. Georgie’s father, who mentored her in business, suffered with Diabetes, Heart Disease and Cancer due to lifestyle choices. TGO aims to help those who are inactive and potentially suffering with lifestyle diseases.
After 15 years in the health and fitness industry and a lifetime of watching her father, Georgie has concluded that our hearts are at the crux of both our health and the health of the planet. Georgie’s faith mindset has propelled her through difficult times and it is from this she has created the course Heal, Care, Move:

Heal, Care, Move is a three step, heart centric course that aims to equip you with a mindset that is strong and happy, caring and dynamic. 20 trees are planted every time it is purchased. Georgie has drawn on her innovation and vision to create Heal, Care, Move that aims to empower you and your heart to be a force for good.
