For 40 years, their movement experts have diagnosed and treated thousands of people for their pain, loss of mobility and injury.  Kesson Physio’s approach is to restore, maintain and make the very best of your movement, function and wellbeing. Kesson Physio work closely with TGO Activate to develop fitness and strengthening classes that bring the best out of their outdoor gym equipment and offer floor-based activities people can do at home. They've also created a range of Pilates classes for beginners through to advanced level. All classes are led by movement experts and designed to deliver targeted results for you.

Meet Kesson Physiotherapy

Denise Kesson is the driving force behind Kesson Physiotherapy, Denise loves treating patients as well as promoting the ‘Movement is Medicine’ principle. She views class based exercise as an essential element of maintaining form and function.

Luke Mitri adopts a therapeutic approach to fulfil his joint passions for sport as well a helping people get better.  Luke will empower you with his knowledge, strength and confidence, to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Saffron Underdown (Sports Therapist) loves working with all types of people from the conditioning of sporting individuals to instructing her Pilates class-goers. Saffron views better movement as the way to improve quality of life. She will instil the confidence in you to achieve more.

Dave Pilcher (Sports Therapist) has an enthusiastic attitude towards movement, calling on his extensive personal training experience. When running fitness classes, Dave encourages and motivates his clients.  Dave specialises in helping people return to full movement and he's here to help you.
