3 x TGO Activate classes for the price of 2, designed to step up your activity. 75 minutes of moderate to vigorous activity, helping you to hit your World Health Organisation activity goals! This progression package includes a challenging 30-minute circuits class with Marvin Ambrosius, a cardio-boosting wake up call from Rob Lindley and a full body power session with British and World Natural Figure Champion, Sarah Ford. All workouts are designed for you to do in any location. All TGO gym equipment activities have floor-based/ bodyweight alternatives to do at home. You'll need a resistance band to build strength with Sarah Ford at home.

  • Circuits with Marvin Ambrosius
    Marvin Ambrosius is an expert in High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). He transformed his own body and mind with physical activity, beating obesity and going on to become the personal trainer on Sky TV’s Fit in 5 and ITV’s Eat, Shop, Save. This 30-minute circuits class is best suited to active people, super active people and strength builders, including people who want to lose weight. Always listen to your body and sip water on rest breaks.   • Wake up and shake up with Rob Lindley
    Rob is a firefighter, triathlete, Dad and the founder of Firefighter Fit Kids. Rob specialises in family fitness. Wake Up & Shake Up is a cardio wake up call with strength-building exercises to improve muscle strength and tone. Active and super active people will love this class including busy workers, parents with children and people who want to lose weight. Take breaks and sip water whenever you to - always go at your own pace! 20 minute class.
  • Full body power with Sarah Ford
    The world of strength-building might seem like it’s only for fitness elites. But think again! British and World Natural Figure Champion, Sarah Ford, transformed her own health and fitness with this beginners strength building routine, going from a lifestyle of smoking and eating unhealthily to becoming world champ! It’s easy to build strength when you know how. Let Sarah guide you through the moves to do at your TGO gym and off the equipment too. Please note: you will need a resistance band for 3 of Sarah's off-kit exercises. 25 minute class
