  • Circuits with Marvin Ambrosius
    Marvin Ambrosius is an expert in High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). He transformed his own body and mind with physical activity, beating obesity and going on to become the personal trainer on Sky TV’s Fit in 5 and ITV’s Eat, Shop, Save. This 30-minute circuits class is best suited to active people, super active people and strength builders, including people who want to lose weight. Always listen to your body and sip water on rest breaks. Let's go! 30 minute class.
     
  • Family Fit with Rob Lindley
    Get active with all your family and friends with TGO Trainer Rob Lindley. He’s a firefighter, triathlete and Dad of twins, so he knows a thing or two about keeping active with a busy life. In this fun and uplifting activity session with Rob, you’ll get a great cardio boost for your heart and lung health and you can choose your favourite activities from our pick ‘n’ mix selections. It's all about getting active and happy with great moves for the whole family to do together. Who can do the best Superman? Who can ski like a champ? Box and quick jump your way to feeling great! Enjoy the moves on and off the TGO gym equipment with paired activities so that you can do this full workout in any location you like. There's an easy-to-follow warm up to start and a cool down to finish. Let’s do this! 20 minute class.
     
  • Kesson Physio Pilates Advanced 1 with Saffron
    Our professional Pilates instructor, Saffron, is going to challenge you in a evolved way to develop your core strength, tone and definition throughout your whole body. She will help you to learn how to properly engage your core muscles and challenge your control and stability, whilst never losing sight of the key Pilates principles. 32 minute class.
     
  • Extend, Energise and Explore Yoga with Nicky Willis
    Nicky has designed this yoga class to energise your body and invigorate your mind. It’s best suited to people with some previous experience of yoga but you can adapt poses by using a yoga block or strap if you're just starting out. Whatever your level, follow Nicky’s guidance, listen to your body and go at your own pace. 26 minute class
