- 5 x 5 minute HIIT classes, perfect for the busy people
- In-built inclusivity and progression from beginner to advanced level:
- 1 x Bodyweight Blast class - featuring 10 floor-based activities for cardio, strength and tone.
- 1 x HIIT and Repeat class - build muscular endurance with 5 floor-based exercises, repeated twice.
- 2 x TGO Body Blast classes - 10 TGO gym activities, each with a floor-based activity you can do anywhere.
- 1 x Abs and Stretch class - to help with your mobility and to build your core.
- Build your fitness, confidence and strength in bitesize chunks!
