Kesson Physio Pilates Beginners 1

A gentle introduction to the benefits of good movement and posture, great for your body and your mind. Guided by our professional Pilates instructor, Saffron, the first of our entry-level classes helps you to begin mobilising your joints and using your body more efficiently, to ease any aches, pains and restricted movement. It's also a great class for people of all ages and fitness levels to learn techniques for core strength development and increasing flexibility.

Class features

  • Series of floor-based exercises to do at home or in the park (bring a mat, if you choose)
  • Focusing on balance, posture, strength and flexibility
  • Slow steady movements, incorporating mindfulness and concentration
  • Suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels

We continue with the guiding principles of the benefits of good movement and posture, in the second of our entry level Pilates classes with Kesson Physiotherapy. Saffron, your Pilates instructor, will help you to establish the foundations of good technique, posture and movement, enabling you to progress to higher level strengthening. This class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, fantastic for core conditioning, increased flexibility in your spine and hips, as well as increasing full body strength.

Here we take your Pilates to the next level.  Our professional Pilates instructor, Saffron, is going to challenge you in a evolved way to develop your core strength, tone and definition throughout your whole body. She will help you to learn how to properly engage your core muscles and challenge your control and stability, whilst never losing sight of the key Pilates principles.

Kesson Physio Pilates Advanced 2

A definite step up from Saffron's Beginner Pilates Class 1 and 2, the second of the Kesson Physio Advanced Pilates classes challenges your technique, exercise awareness, strength and fitness. Expect a quicker pace of class, some new and more challenging movements and an overall increase in effort on your part.
